Voting Question: I am considering commuting from 1hr 45. mins for work...is it worth it?

I have been offered a great opportunity to buy a gorgeous house for a very cheap price in Hemet, Ca. However, my work is in Los Angeles, Ca. I want to know from those who also make a large commute, is it worth it?
